Duane's TV acting debut was in the classic western series Have Gun Will Travel (1957 - 1963) starring Richard Boone as the man called Paladin. Duane plays "Carter Whitney" in episode: The Education of Sara Jane, which premiered on September 23, 1961. The following year Duane recorded the theme song "The Ballad of Paladin" which climbed to #33 on the Billboard music chart! Synopsis: It's a Hatfield's & McCoy's family feud story with a lighter touch. These pictures were taken from a VHS tape (second generation) and unfortunately they are somewhat grainy.
